Clubhouse

The Westwood Farm Clubhouse is a perfect facility for many events. The Community is proud to offer this wonderful facility for the many needs of its neighbors. The clubhouse has housed many spectacular events over the years from birthday parties, to wedding/baby showers, to Holiday parties and even an actual wedding.

The clubhouse features include:

• Spacious open room with seating/tables for up to 48 people (max capacity is 70 people)

• Access to the pool (in season)

Westwood Farms’ community events also use the clubhouse to accommodate their events. The swim team, the community associations’ meetings and neighborhood activities all use the clubhouse.

The clubhouse can be rented by any resident of Westwood Farms Association.

The clubhouse is rented on a first-come basis and is scheduled through the clubhouse manager.

It is rented for the entire day for $100 rental fee and a $200 security deposit.
