Dues Information

Homeowners’ Dues

Current dues are $375 per calendar year.

Dues are for the period 1/1 – 12/31 each year and are payable on or before February 28th of each year.

A late fee of $30 will be assessed on all dues postmarked March 1st or later.

Dues not paid by April 1st are subject to a lien being filed on the property in question, with applicable fees payable by the homeowner.
