2012 Annual dues will be $450

Below is an analysis of the projected cash flow for the association over the next 5 years, along with 2009/2010 Budgeted income and expense data.
The reserve balances that we refer to in the analysis, are values recommended to us by the financial reserve study firm that WFHOA engaged in 2006.

We currently have 502 homes in our development with more under construction. On the West side of the development Parkview Homes will be adding 29 more lots on Countryside Drive (off South Churchill). Westwood Farms should now have 545 homes when construction is complete. The new lots on Countryside drive will be on two opposing cul-de-sacs, no new entrance/exit to Westwood Drive is planned. The roads for this last expansion should be started in late 2011 - early 2012.

Architectural Control Approval Form

Download the architectural approval form if you are planning any changes or additions to your property. Homeowners do not need approval for Patios, but decks and Gazebos do need to have the plans reviewed.
