We currently have 491 homes in our development with more under construction. We have recently learned that Parkview Homes has purchased land on the West side of the development and will be adding 29 more lots on Countryside Drive (off South Churchill). Westwood Farms should now have 545 homes when construction is complete. The new lots on Countryside drive will be on two opposing cul-de-sacs, no new entrance/exit to Westwood Drive is planned.

Architectural Control Approval Form

Download the architectural approval form if you are planning any changes or additions to your property. Homeowners do not need approval for Patios, but decks and Gazebos do need to have the plans reviewed.
